Completed nomination forms must be received by the Returning Officer no later than 5pm, Tuesday 25 November 2025. They can be posted to PO Box 5135, Victoria Street West, Auckland 1142 or emailed to [email protected].

Proxy forms must be sent to [email protected] no later than 10am, Thursday, 27 November 2025.
